The artist behind the pour

Every floor is a canvas — Michael just treats it that way.

We’re a family-run crew serving the Chicago area that’s spent 10+ years turning tired concrete into floors people actually show off. The process hasn’t changed since day one: prep obsessively, pour by hand, and never leave a floor that looks like everyone else’s.

Concrete is just a floor waiting for a reason to be looked at.

What we do

Three ways to a better floor.

Epoxy flooring installation

A full resin system bonded straight to your concrete — for garages, showrooms, and any space that needs to look sharp and take a beating.

Epoxy seal coatings

Think of this as insurance for your floor — one layer that shrugs off spills, scuffs, and daily traffic for years, without dulling the shine underneath.

Epoxy overlays

New life for a tired floor. We pour a fresh layer over worn epoxy instead of tearing the whole thing out — same fresh look, far less cost.

They did a metallic floor across about 1500 sq ft that looks super elegant. I am pleased with the results, even with my extremely specific high expectations.

Mike and his crew repaired some cracks, sanded down the floor and applied a beautiful finish. I cannot say enough good things about him and his crew.

In our garage we received a gorgeous flaking system, and in our basement we let the team use our floor as their canvas. Wow, did it turn out amazing.

Mike is an artist! He totally transformed my porch from a peeling mess of painted concrete into a beautiful faux wood porch. Unbelievable!

Good to know

Questions we hear every week.

A well-installed epoxy floor typically lasts 15–30 years. Homes land on the longer end, busy commercial spaces on the shorter — prep quality and material grade make the biggest difference.

Light foot traffic after about 24 hours. Full cure — including parking cars or moving heavy equipment back in — takes up to 72 hours depending on temperature and the system used.

A high-gloss finish can be when wet, but we add texture additives on request to make the surface slip-resistant — standard practice for kitchens, gyms, and commercial spaces.

Usually, yes — over concrete and some tile, as long as the surface is properly prepped and free of oil, sealers, and contaminants. Worn epoxy can often take a fresh overlay instead of a full teardown.

Spill oil on it, park on it, forget to sweep it for a month — it will still look sharp. Sweep regularly, mop occasionally with a neutral cleaner, and skip abrasive or acidic products. That is the whole routine.
